I have spent my career in the travel industry — and cruising has always been where I do my best work. Ryan Travel Consulting exists because I believe you deserve someone who knows the ships, knows the lines, and knows how to get the most out of every dollar you spend.

I started Ryan Travel Consulting because I kept seeing people book the wrong ship for the wrong reasons — and come back disappointed. Not because cruising let them down, but because nobody took the time to match them to the right experience.
I have spent years in the travel industry — working both as an agent and, at times, directly alongside cruise lines. That experience gave me a view of this industry most agents never get: how the lines operate, how deals are structured, and where the real value actually sits.
Ryan Travel Consulting is my side business — and I want to be upfront about that. Travel is not my day job. But it is where I put my genuine expertise, and where I do some of my best work. I work with a focused group of clients, which means every trip gets real attention — not a quick booking and a wave goodbye.
My goal is simple: get you on the right ship, at the right price, and make every step between here and the gangway as easy as possible.

These rates are available well in advance on most major sailings — not just last-minute deals. On many of the larger lines, interline fares are available on virtually every departure throughout the year.
What makes Ryan Travel Consulting unusual is access: KVI Travel holds direct interline contracts with cruise lines — something rare among host agencies. That is the reason these rates are available through me at all.

Welcome to Ryan Travel Consulting. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our travel consulting services and the relationship between you (the client) and Ryan Travel Consulting (the Agency).
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Payment will be considered acceptance of all conditions detailed below, along with the standard conditions of the operating carrier. Please read them in full before proceeding.
Ryan Travel Consulting is a sole proprietorship based in York County, South Carolina, USA. We specialize in cruise and luxury travel planning, including ocean cruises, river cruises, expedition cruises, resort stays, and all-inclusive vacations. Additional travel services — including flights, hotels, and car rentals — are available on request.
The Agency acts as an affiliate of the host travel agency KVI Travel and provides these services to clients. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party providers.
The client must provide accurate and complete information required for booking and travel planning. The client must ensure that all travel documents (including passports and visas) are valid and up to date, comply with all travel provider policies, and make timely payments for all services and bookings as required.
Clients booking an interline rate — which are closed fares available to qualifying travel industry employees — are required to provide verification of employment to Ryan Travel Consulting promptly upon request. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the fare being repriced at the standard public rate.
Unless otherwise advised, interline bookings are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all interline bookings.
The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certifications. Ryan Travel Consulting is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from the client's failure to obtain or maintain such documents.
Ryan Travel Consulting strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policies.
All payments for travel bookings and services will be processed through Ryan Travel Consulting. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to departure as specified by the travel provider. Missing payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by the travel provider, with no guarantee of reinstating the original price or accommodations.
Ryan Travel Consulting does not add any additional service fees or charges. Credit card companies may apply a foreign currency fee for USD-denominated rates. Credit card details are submitted securely via payment authorization; the Agency submits payment to the travel provider, typically within 24 hours of authorization.
Ryan Travel Consulting operates as an affiliated agent of KVI Travel. KVI Travel is the agent of record for your reservation. Your travel contract is between you, KVI Travel, and the travel provider. Neither Ryan Travel Consulting nor KVI Travel holds in trust or banks any client money — all payments are processed directly by the cruise line or travel provider, which provides ultimate protection against agency default.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by travel provider. Clients are advised to review these policies carefully before booking. Ryan Travel Consulting will assist with cancellations and refund requests but cannot guarantee any refunds or compensation from travel providers. Any fees imposed by the travel provider for cancellations are the responsibility of the client.
Ryan Travel Consulting acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel providers. We do not own, operate, or control any of the services or accommodations offered by travel providers. Ryan Travel Consulting is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, delays, cancellations, changes to itineraries, or acts, omissions, or errors by the travel provider. Clients agree to hold Ryan Travel Consulting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
Ryan Travel Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Agency's services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
